Catching Up

Wow, I haven't post on here in a while the reason for that is I have been extremely busy for the past several months.. Since my last posting we have added another addition to our family.. I have also opened a booth (sale(ing) my beautiful hair accessories and a few other beautiful girly things) in my local mall. Well, I have been at my booth for the past 6 months and we have had quite the business. ( I have never made so many bows in my LIfe).. Although I have been making bows like crazy.. I have decided that in my best efforts that it makes much more sense to go back to online... I have lots of customers who adore and love my hair bows and support my business. I am in the process of uploading my products and making the site as beautiful as our booth.. So please be patient with me! Funny Mishap!

Every business owner probably has a story like mine! A couple of weeks ago I was ordering flowers for my headbands and hats.. I had placed all my items in my shopping cart and proceeded to check out. During the checkout I realized this wasn't the typical shipping price I had been use to 5-30$... It was next day shipping for 100$.... I mean it should have raised a BIG RED FLAG but it didn't I just was desperate for my order and I was willing to pay.... I brag to my husband how I found this great site and I just order tons of flowers but the shipping was rare...So the next day me and my family are on our way out to our kids soccer championship games.. My box has arrived... (woo- hoo) I'm so excited... My husband gets the box and starts to bring it to me and says to me this says (PERISHABLE)... Oh my Gosh.... I can't believe it I just ordered real flowers.. I had 20 dozen boutiques of REAL flowers.. I wanted to cry... What I am I going to do with all these flowers and what about the money I just blew.....In the end I had tons of beautiful flowers in my kitchen for the next week... What can you do sometimes! ( THis wasn't my real picture my camera was down during this time..But I thought I give you a picture of what my home looked like.. A flower warehouse...

Our new site is coming....

Our new site is finally coming together. It's been months that we have been at it. We finally have our logo.. I am so excited about it.! We still have much more to do before our grand opening of MiMe's Closet... We have lots of cute girly hair accessories... Our bow hats, clippies, over-the-top-bows etc.... What sets us apart from many of the other sites are we are trying to make our products very affordable with the same great quality! We feel that you shouldn't have to spend tons of money on accessories to give your girl's that final look... Our main goal is to give you affordable, stylish accessories.... How much is to much work?

Ever since I've decided to start my own business it has been nothing but excitement! I'm constantly on the computer and doing research. I am just addicted to building this great business! I thought to my self "How much is to much work." So I've have been slacking in some areas of the home and yes I've been slacking with my family. At times I feel like it's worth it for success..... Of course my role as a mother and wife come first.... How do you balance the two....They both require lots of attention! So my question to you is .... How much is to much work?
