I found a similiar top at Old Navy for 10.00 pair with a cute pair of jeans, wedges or flats and your good to go! This is also a cute hair do for the summer especially for those hot days and bangs are a little much. Lets not forget the eye makeup you can get any eyeshadow from Elf everyday at a low price from 1.00-5.00.
